Growing up as a pastor’s kid, church wasn’t just a Sunday thing—it was woven into the fabric of my life. I’ve always loved leading, learning, and (maybe surprisingly) business! After college, ministry became my focus, and I jumped headfirst into it. I absolutely loved every moment.
At the same time, my photography business was growing steadily as a side hustle. I adored the creative outlet it gave me, but I wrestled with this unspoken belief that true ministry only happened within the walls of a church. For years, I pushed aside the idea that ministry could look different.
But the Lord had a way of speaking directly to my heart, reminding me of a profound truth: our ministry is wherever we are. Whether we’re at a church, in our homes, or running a business, we’re called to share His love in the spaces He’s placed us. That truth gave me the courage to make a leap of faith—to pursue my wedding photography business.
Fast forward to today, and my photography business is thriving. I’m blessed to work with the most incredible clients and have even hosted a popular photography podcast that combines my love for faith and creativity. Yet, after a year of hosting this podcast, I felt a deep stirring in my heart. Something was missing.
Why aren’t we talking more about how to share the gospel through our businesses? Where are the resources and opportunities for Christian business owners to connect, learn, and grow together?
That’s how Wherever You Are Ministries was born—a place to empower women to lead, serve, and love in their unique spheres of influence. Whether you’re running a business, managing a household, or pursuing other passions, ministry can happen right where you are. My dream is to create events, resources, and a community where women of faith can connect and grow in practical ways. Together, we’ll explore how to build our lives and businesses on a solid foundation of biblical truth while sharing the gospel in meaningful ways.
I can’t wait to see what God will do through Wherever You Are Ministries. Let’s show the world that ministry isn’t confined to a building—it happens wherever you are.
